Chapter Spotlight

I’ll never forget the Informational Meeting where I first met the Beta Chapter Sisters. I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But as soon as I heard their welcoming words, I knew that this sorority was the right fit for me. I’ve been a member of this organization for nearly four years and have enjoyed every second of it. I will be receiving a Bachelors of Science in Biology late this March. I am planning on going to Medical School and hopefully becoming a successful doctor… at least by the time I’m 40! I have been the Social Chair for Alpha Gamma Alpha and currently hold the Vice-President position. As social chair I was very active in planning our annual formal and helped greatly with decorations.  After I am done being a successful doctor I plan on pursuing my secret passion for design and décor, but don’t tell anyone ;).  As VP I have helped implement programs that raised our chapters overall GPA to the highest GPA among all Greeks on campus. Most of you who know me know I absolutely love to shop! Other than shopping, I like to party, go to the movies, and just hang out with my sisters! Now as I look back at all I have accomplished both through the sorority and personally, I don’t know how I could have done it without my sisters!  And even though I am graduating I want all the sisters to know that I will always be here especially if you need help with decorating or just want to go shopping!!!
